Electronic Statements

You can choose to view your statements online! Our secure E-Statements are available around the 1st of the month so you can view account activity right away. You may also download or print a copy for your files as you feel necessary.

Mobile Banking

This free service lets you do your day to day banking right in the palm of your hand. Check your balances, look at transaction history and transfer funds.

There are two ways to sign up for Mobiliti:

  1. Register in Virtual Branch. Required for SMS (text) and WAP (browser) Banking. 
  2. Login to our account via Virtual Branch
  3. Click on the “Self Service” Tab
  4. Go to the “Additional Services” area and click on “Mobility”
  5. Click OK
  6. Check the box that says “I accept these Terms and Conditions” then click “Continue”
  7. Choose the services that you want. The apps can be downloaded with the links provided, or a link can be sent to your phone. Check the boxes for other services on the right (Mobile Browser, Text Messaging, Alerts). A comparison of services is found at the bottom.
  8. If you chose Mobile Browser, Text, or Alerts, you will need to select your time zone and the accounts to use for these services. The “Mobile Banking Nickname” is used for texting and should be very short. Click Continue.
  9. Enter your cell phone number to receive an activation code via text. Click Continue.
  10. Enter the activation code into the specified box on the Virtual Branch site and click “Activate”.
  11. It will then tell you that activation has been successful and will text you instructions on how to access the services.
  12. If you have a smart phone, you should bookmark the Mobile Browser link.
  1. Register by downloading the app.
  2. Go to the appropriate app store on your mobile device and search “nwicu”. Download/Install the app.
  3. You will then be prompted to enter your Virtual Branch Logon ID.
  4. Answer the challenge question if presented with one.
  5. Enter your Virtual Branch security code.

Automated Teller/Converge

Using our Auto-Teller is as easy as using your telephone! The phone number for this service is 1-844-861-0048.  No more waiting for your monthly statement to find out if a check has cleared or the amount of an automatic deposit. With Auto-Teller you can get account information 24-hours a day, seven days a week! You can also use Auto-Teller to transfer funds between accounts at any time. If you forgot to make a deposit to your checking account and its 10:00 pm , simply pick up the phone and transfer from your savings to your checking account within minutes. You are allowed up to 5 transfers per month from each of your savings accounts.

Best of all there is no charge when you use Auto-Teller! Auto-Teller is also very easy to use. The voice on the phone will guide you through each transaction. You always have the option to cancel a transaction before you finish it. Auto-teller provides you with safe and convenient access to your credit union accounts at a great value. That's what Auto-teller and CENT are all about.

ATM/Debit Cards

Checking has changed for the better with your new ATM/Debit Mastercard. It works just like your checkbook only it’s faster, easier and more convenient than writing a check. Your ATM/Mastercard looks like a credit card but works like a check because the purchase amount is automatically deducted from your checking account. Your ATM/Debit Card is two cards in one. You can use it at any ATM machine worldwide bearing the Mastercard, Cirrus, accel or Allpoint logos. Please note, you do have a daily limit on your card-$300 for ATM, $1500 for POS with a total daily of $1500.

If you plan on using your card while on vacation please notify us where you are traveling and please make sure we have the correct phone number for you just in case our fraud department needs to contact you while you are away. Also, we can raise your limit for a few days to help you with a weekend shopping trip but please let us know by 5pm Friday.

To activate and set up your PIN on your ATM/Debit Card, call 1-800-992-3808.

For lost or stolen ATM/Debit card, call 1-800-472-3272.

Direct Deposit

Your payroll may be automatically deposited into your checking or savings account. Eliminate the worry of late or lost mail by simply filling out the online form and taking it to your employer.
